1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping across India. Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

 

3. Payment

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable). All payments are processed securely.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges within 20 days of delivery (unused and in original packaging). To request a return, please contact us at [grabentire@gmail.com] with your order details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipping. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
